The Glenn Branca Collection consists of the professional and personal records of experimental guitarist and composer Glenn Branca (1948-2018). The collection is arranged into 16 series, spanning 85 document boxes,14 oversize boxes, and 1909.49 gigabytes of born digital material, and dates from 1918 to 2018.

The British Rave Flyers Collection is a collection of 746 flyers and postcards from British raves and nightclubs from the 1990s. This collection contains flyers from a wide range of venues throughout the United Kingdom, as well as a few venues in Scotland, the United States, France, Spain, and Germany. This collection is 6 boxes of materials.

The General Manuscript File Collection consists of 26 boxes of correspondence and other manuscript materials from notable individuals, dating from 1667, 1727, and 1735 to 2012, acquired individually by the department from various sources over several decades.

The William Luke Photograph Collection is a collection of photographs of buses from at least 60 countries. Each photograph is annotated by William Luke. The dates of publication of the photographs range from 1880 to 2010, and the majority of the photographs were published between 1980 and 1999.
